RLR Bolt-In Roll Bar Kit
This kit is NHRA-legal* to 10.00 ets, and completely bolts-in; No Welding Required! All you will need to install this kit is a 3/8" drill and a couple of 9/16" wrenches! This kit is made of 1 3/4 tubing, and is available in Chromoly. The 5-point system meets all of NHRA Tech requirements*, and is available with an optional traction bar setup that ties the cage to the frame horns at the bellhousing tranny mount. No more traction bars that don't clear your headers! All the necessary hardware and instructions come with the kit, and is UPS-shippable in the US. RLR Chassis Kit This kit is the unwelded version of the chassis kit that RLR uses to build all of its legendary racecars! This kit provides the do-it-yourselfer with a high quality chassis kit at a fraction of the cost for a complete chassis. It includes all tubes cut and bent to the correct lengths and dimensions. With the blueprints and instructions that are included, the experienced welder will be able to assemble this kit in just a few weekends in his/her garage. Also shown are optional 32" Chromoly Ladder Bars and Billet Aluminum Motor Plates. Kits are available in Mild Steel or Chromoly Steel, for either Strut-style or Beam-style front suspensions. Kits available for Bug, Ghia, Type III, and New Beetle. Kits are now being offered in a completely unwelded form and a partially welded form. The partially welded form includes a jig-welded floor section. When ordering, please specify the body style (Bug, Ghia, Type 3, or NB), the suspension type (VW Beam or Strut), and material type (Mild Steel or Chromoly).

RLR Chassis Remember, not all chassis are created equal! When you buy a chassis from RLR, you are getting the same quality and performance that has carried many RLR customers into the record books. Designed for the fastest VW classes and continuously updated, the RLR chassis is built from either 1010 .134 inch mild steel or 4130 .083 inch chromoly steel. All RLR chassis come fully welded - MIG for mild steel and TIG for chromoly. Each chassis is assembled and jig-welded to insure uniformity in construction. Every RLR chassis will meet NHRA specifications. Chassis can be made for:
• Strut or VW-beam front end
• Type I, Karmann Ghia, III, or New Beetle body styles

RLR Roll Cage KitIf you just need a roll cage in your current racer, we can make you one to fit your needs! The RLR roll cage kit is available for all VW body styles. These 8-point cages are NHRA legal are constructed with 1 5/8 x .134-inch wall mild steel, or .083-inch 4130 chromoly tubing. This kit includes all necessary tubing, as well as instructions for ease of installation. As with any kit of this type, some final modifications may be necessary during installation.

Rear Chassis Section
RLR has made available a new rear chassis section for the racer who wishes to add to his roll cage or current chassis built by another manufacturer. This custom unit is made to order and can incorporate the standard RLR swing axle/ coil-over suspension, or a Type 2 Bus IRS or swing axle. The section can be made from either 4130 chromoly steel, or 1010 mild steel at your request and to your specifications.
Includes: Aluminum Motor Plates, Ladder Bars, Coil Over Shocks, 5" Narrowed Axles and 5" Narrowed Axle Tubes.

Transmission Raise Kits
RLR's revolutionary 1-inch Raise Kit works by lowering your VW and keeps the rear chamber to a minimum by raising the motor and transaxle 1-inch over stock. Built solid, this kit is a must for the VW owner looking for that "Pro Street" stance, or the racer being hammered every week at the drags. This kit includes front and rear mounts, a locator mount, as well as transaxle studs. These solid mounts help eliminate wheel hop, and they are less prone to being broken.

RLR/MSE V-Gate Shifter
The last shifter you will ever need!
The shifter function is rather simple: a separate rod controls the 1st & 2nd gear, the 3rd & 4th gear, and reverse. Coupled with the RLR/MSE Posi-Shift Housing (pictured below left), this system eliminates the troublesome VW "Hockey" stick with three separate shift levers.
Not only will your shifts be more precise, you will be able to shift more quickly, the reason being that the V-Gate shifter eliminates the "H" pattern of a normal shifter. With simple "back, forward, and back again" shift motions, your e.t.s will drop with less shifting effort. This unique system is offered as a complete package with shifter, rods, and housing, or as separate components. Please specify Type1 or Type2 Posi-Shift Housing.

Fiberglass Mounting Kit
This RLR front end mount kit is the closest fitting design that anyone could sell without making an individual mount for every car separately.
