RLR is always on the move looking for quality fiberglass components. All RLR fiberglass pieces are hand-laid, which means that these pieces are some of the highest quality pieces available. With hand-laid fiberglass, you can vary the thickness of the fiber, which means you can custom make each piece, depending on the application; thicker for the street, thinner for the strip. Fiberglass front ends are available for Bugs, Ghias, and Type IIIs; fiberglass doors are available for Type I and III sedans; fiberglass fenders are available for Type I sedan and Type 3 Notchbacks only. RLR offers a complete line of lightweight window kits for Bugs, Karmann Ghias, and Type III Sedans. To insure you get the correct windows for your car, call us with your VW's model year, after placing the order. Type I Sedan kit available in separate pieces if you just need to replace one window.
